This policy covers physical merchandise ordered through our online shop (Studio28 and Crazy28 apparel). It doesn't apply to tattoo or piercing bookings.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
UK: estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International: estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracked delivery, and a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at inklust@studio28tattoo.com with your order details and we'll sort it out.
