Deposits

The £80 deposit required to secure any appointment is non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, your deposit carries over to the new date. Rescheduling within 72 hours, or cancelling altogether, forfeits the deposit.

Completed tattoo and piercing work

Because every tattoo and piercing is custom work carried out with your involvement and agreement at every stage — from design approval through to placement — we're not able to offer refunds once a procedure has been completed.

Studio merchandise

Refund terms for physical merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) will be added here once the Studio28/Crazy28 store is live.
